The Korea Electricity Bill Calculator is a free web tool that estimates residential electricity bills in South Korea. Enter your monthly usage in kWh and it instantly applies the progressive rate tiers, the base charge, and the additional charges and funds.
Calculations follow the residential rate tables in KEPCO's General Supply Terms. The tool reproduces the actual billing structure: the tiered base charge and energy charge, plus the climate and environment charge and the fuel cost adjustment, with VAT and the Electricity Industry Infrastructure Fund applied on top. When rates are revised, the calculator is updated to match.
